After our client and his girlfriend had way too much to drink, she took him home for the night. When she awoke him in the car outside his house, she accidentally startled him, causing him to react. Scared and not knowing what to do, she called police to help both him and her. Instead of helping, the police arrested our client. We showed the intake prosecutor the full story and convinced them to reject the case outright, leaving him eligible to have all records related to the arrest expunged.
